If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience! Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, regrettably, we won't be able to make any alterations.
Our collections consist of products from various suppliers, and in certain instances, they might be shipped in separate packages, all at no additional expense to you. There's no need to be concerned! We assure you that every package is handled with the utmost care and love.
If you still find items missing from your order after waiting patiently for a little while, please inform us, and we'll promptly investigate the matter.
Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days for all products, provided they remain unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are accountable for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you wish to cancel an order right after placing it, please get in touch with us at support@thalita.se as soon as possible, preferably on the same day. However, we cannot assure that cancellation will be feasible. In the event that the order is already in the processing stage for shipping, you will need to proceed with a return. Once your return is received and approved, the refund process will be initiated.
